  • Dining: In-villa private chef services are available daily between 8AM to 10PM (last call at 8:30 PM). Indoor dining seats 32 people while the al fresco dining with beach, pool, and garden view, seats 18 people; Alfresco dining overlooking the beach is also possible. Private Chef is experienced in Thai and Western cuisine. Guests can choose between American, and Asian breakfast. The villa also offers a wide tea selection from TWG.
  • Entertainment: Cable TV & Netflix-streaming enabled; Home theater, Yamaha Sound System and library; Apple TV available (Theater room); Ping Pong table; Mahjong table; Video game consoles; Books; Board games.
  • Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
  • Beach/Water Activities: 2 non-transparent kayaks (1 pax and 2 pax), transparent 2-pax canoe with 2 paddles, water bicycle, and 1 paddle board.

Details

  • Rate includes welcome drink, welcome fruit basket, daily American or Asian breakfast, WiFi, services by villa team with private chef service, drinks including mineral water, a tea selection from Mariage Frères, fresh juices and luxury amenities, and download of music and movies to Apple TV at the theater room (up to USD $15).
  • Complimentary 1x roundtrip airport transfers (2 vans per way).
  • Please note that a security deposit of USD 1,500, or the equivalent thereof in any currency, is required and will be collected upon check-in. This amount is payable in cash only. The security deposit is fully refundable, less any incidental expenses incurred and/or costs for damages/breakages during the rental period.

Chef / In-Villa / Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

  • The chef will also accept special requests for items not on the villa menu or recommend meal sets based on the guest given budget. All menu prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
  • Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
  • Pre-arrival shopping service is available at 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Child Policy and Extra Bedding
  • For guests exceeding the standard villa occupancy, the following additional charges shall apply: USD 120++ / adult / night (12 years above) and USD 70++ / child / night (age 3-12 years).
  • Additional small single bedroom with 1 single bed in the 5th or Kororo/Heart bedroom.
  • Children under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • Two baby cots and two high chairs are available for free upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required. Additional units may be available upon request at an extra charge (additional baby cot at THB 600/day and high chair at THB 350/day)
  • Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.
Check-In and Check-Out
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
  • Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.

Below are the applicable corresponding fees:

  • Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
  • Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
  • Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
  • After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
